A new and a very modern hotel with spacious and well designed rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is free. My wife and I really loved the hotel’s room and the delicious food of the room service.
Hotel’s staff isn’t qualified enough. I believe they need much etiquette and hospitality training. It’s really shame to see this nice, modern hotel full of unqualified staff!

The best in Hotel Diva is the parking lot which is at the building itself and it has access to the hotel rooms so it it more convenient
The maintenance should check the room properly as the sink in the toilet is congested and the water is not passing through. The water temperature is not properly controlled the water is still too hot though it is on the maximum cold. As I booked for 2 persons, toothbrush should be 2 not 1.

A few teething problems as any new hotel can expect , however this didn't spoil our stay .

This place has a nice-looking building, and the rooms on the lower floors are well-furnished and come at a good price. It would be better if they had air conditioning, provided free Wi-Fi, and had phones in the rooms. the location in the central district is quite convenient 👍.

I found that the staff where very helpful and friendly. I found that the evening entertainment was very good. The room's where very clean.
What I didn't like about the hotel was the pool area, in the fact that the pool is on the roof and the hotel does not provide any umbrellas to create shade and there is know facility to buy cool drink's, ie poolside bar, shop or even a little cafe for snack's, I really feel this need's looking into. Also the ac in the rooms blow's directly on the bed no mater how you try to change it, also the bed's and pillows are really hard so maybe this need's addresing. If these issuse's where resolved I would recommend this hotel to my friend'S.

The bar on the 7th floor and club on ground floor both great, fantastic band on ground floor, large room with funny waiting or smoking room, and disco halogen lights in bedroom as well as spotlights, this is not a family hotel but singles and young couples will love it. Comfortable bed and large and functional bathroom.
Elevator takes a long time, the pillows were high and hard no soft option, tv not easy to get working, you need to put it on hdmi but there are no instructions, channels in English limited
